Delete your BM Group account
You can request deletion of your BM Group account and the personal information associated with it.
How to submit a request
- Email admin@bm-electrics.com.
- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include the phone number registered to your account so we can locate and verify it.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize your account profile and account authentication data. We may retain limited order or transaction records where required by law, for accounting, or to prevent fraud.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will contact you if we need more information.
