Privacy at a glance
BM Group collects only the information needed to create and manage vendor accounts, authenticate users, and process product orders. We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. Information we collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, messages, payment-card details, advertising identifiers, or browsing history through this app.
3. How we use and share information
We use the information above only to operate the app, authenticate accounts, process orders, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Information is transmitted to BM Group's service API at api.bm-electrics.com to provide these functions.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs in the app.
4. Security and retention
Information is sent over HTTPS, which encrypts it in transit. We keep account and order information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. No system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and account deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated personal information. To delete your account, use our account deletion page or email admin@bm-electrics.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and the phone number registered to your account. We may retain limited information where required by law or to prevent fraud.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Google Play Data safety summary
For the Google Play Data safety form, BM Group declares collection of name, phone number, coarse location (governorate), account credentials, and order information for app functionality and account management. This information is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is encrypted in transit, and users can request deletion as described above.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
